Simple n easy tips to get rid of back pain For that u need only two ingredients

1. Roasted gram (. भूने हुएचने)

2. Raisins ( किसमिस)

To get rid of back pain u have to eat 10 pcs of roasted gram and 20 pcs of raisin for 15 days

How u have to eat this first u have ti eat one roasted gram and then u hv to eat 2 raisin like this u shd finish your roasts gram 10 pcs and 20 pcs raisin in empty stomach.
